Vice President - Sales
Steve is the Inside Sales Manager for the NEFCO Corporation. Steve has been with NEFCO since 1988 and has worked throughout the construction/industrial supply distribution industry since 1985. Steve's focus is on managing the inside sales people while specializing in contracting sales, pipe hangers, strut systems, and key accounts. In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, skiing, fishing and going on summer vacations.
Mike Caruso
Product & Rentals Manager
Mike is the Product and Rentals manager for NEFCO Rentals. Mike has been with NEFCO for two years and has been a chief player in the implementation of the NEFCO Corporations rental department. Mike has been in the construction/industrial supply distribution industry for over 15 years, 12 of those years with another Evergreen distributor. In fact, Mike started framing houses at 16 and owned his own roofing business at 18.
At NEFCO Rentals, Mike focuses on pricing management, product management, and specializes in concrete cutting and core drilling.
What Makes Mike Cool: In his spare time, Mike enjoys carving in granite, and saltwater fishing.
Chris Butler
General Manager NEFCO Rentals
Chris Butler is the General Manager of NEFCO Rentals. With over 10 years of experience in the construction/industrial supply distribution industry, Chris brings a great value and expertise to NEFCO. Since coming to NEFCO in 2008, Chris has developed NEFCO Rentals into a major play in the rental market.
At NEFCO Rentals, Chris is responsible for overseeing all sales and operations.
Why Chris is Awesome: In his spare time, Chris likes to play golf and claims that his three wood is 20 yards longer than Dave Palmeri’s (NEFCO salesman) longest drive.
Karyn Schwartzer
Customer Service Manager
Karyn is the Customer Service Manager for the NEFCO Corporation. Karyn has been in customer service for over 30 years, and has been part of the NEFCO Team since 1999.
Karyn is responsible for supporting our customers with their needs and specifications, and devotes her time to proactive service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Why Karyn is better than your CSM: In her spare time, Karyn enjoys reading, being outside in great weather, and hanging out with family and friends.
Bob Decurtis
Inside Sales Manager
Bob Decurtis is the Inside Sales Manager for the NEFCO Corporations Philadelphia branch, NEFCO Strut Service. Bob has been with NEFCO Strut Service since 2007, and has been in the construction/industrial supply distribution industry for over 10 years.
Bob has a number of responsibilities as Inside Sales Manager. He manages the day-to-day functions of the branch, manages the inside sales team, supports administration, billing, and reporting for the branch, as well as building customer development and relationships.
Why Bob should run for Mayor: In his spare time Bob enjoys home projects, playing the guitar and keyboard, and being with family.
Lloyd Lochstoer
Regional Manager
Lloyd is the regional manager of the NEFCO Corporations Philadelphia branch, NEFCO Strut Service. Lloyd has been on the construction/industrial supply distribution industry since 1985, with companies like Stanley Tools, Milwaukee, Electric Tool, GE, and Ingersoll Rand.
Lloyd has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Rampo College of New Jersey, and has been with NEFCO since 2005. Lloyd specializes in application sales for power tools, accessories, and hand tools.
Why Lloyd is the Greatest: Lloyd always focuses on faith, family, and fitness.
Marty Peterson
Territory Manager
Marty is a Territory Manager for the NEFCO Corporation’s Philadelphia branch, NEFCO Strut Service. Marty has been with NEFCO since 2005 and in the construction/industrial supply distribution industry for seven years. Marty is responsible for outside sales, maintaining our current customer base as well as trying to expand NEFCO’s sales into new customer bases.
Why Marty is a Hero: Marty has devoted over 25 years of service and is still active in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard (Air Force). During his last deployment to Kuwait he was a weapons expediter, which means he was the last person to see the planes take-off before they bombed Iraq. In his spare time Marty likes to chill, but also loves to travel with his wife to the Caribbean.
Joe Nolan
Territory Manager
Joe is a Territory Manager for the NEFCO Corporation’s Philadelphia branch, NEFCO Strut Service. Joe graduated from Saint Joseph’s University and has been in account management for over 20 years. Since 2006 Joe has been an outside salesman for NEFCO Strut Service specializing in Strut, cable tray, and support system design.
Why Everyone Loves Joe: In his spare time Joe enjoys family activities and fishing.
Bruce Keaton
Regional Manager
Bruce is the Regional Manager for the NEFCO Corporation’s Washington D.C. branch. Bruce graduated with a degree in Business from James Madison University in Virginia. He has been in the construction/industrial supply distribution industry since 1986 and has been with NEFCO since 1998. Bruce focuses on managing NEFCO outside sales force in D.C. and coordinates key accounts. Bruce specializes in concrete anchors and fasteners.
Why Bruce is The Most: Bruce enjoys sports and traveling.
Scott Slavin
Operations Manager
Scott is the Operations Manager at the NEFCO Corporation’s Boston branch. Since 1994 Scott has been in the construction/industrial supply distribution industry and spent ten years in the Navy Supply Corps. Scott has been with NEFCO since 1998 where he started at the bottom and worked his way up.
Scott’s ensures that all phases of operations move forward as smooth as possible. He oversees material receipts, stowage, inventory, picking, and delivering of material in order to keep the customer happy.
Why our Ops Manager Rocks: Scott has two children, Stevee 21, and Kylee 17. He is a BIG Boston sports fan and literally sailed around the world while in the U.S. Navy.
Eric Strum
Operations Manager
Eric is the Operations Manager for the NEFCO Corporation’s Philadelphia branch, NEFCO Strut Service. Eric has been with NEFCO since 2004 and has worked in the construction/industrial supply distribution industry since 1987. Eric oversees and manages the daily operations of NEFCO Strut Service.
What gives Eric the Strength of Five Men: When he’s not at NEFCO, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, five year old son, and three year old daughter.
Lou Goodman
Regional Manager
Lou is the Regional Manager for the NEFCO Corporation’s Boston branch. Lou has over 35 years of experience in the mechanical contracting field as a tradesman, foreman, estimators, project manager, and president and owner of a large mechanical contracting firm. Since joining Team NEFCO in 2005 Lou has developed NEFCO’s Boston branch into a major player in the Boston industrial supply market.
Lou is responsible for the day to day operations of the Boston regional division, with a concentration on outside sales. Lou also provides technical assistance to other NEFCO branch’s which take advantage of Lou’s expertise and knowledge in the mechanical and electrical field.
Why Lou is All That...and a plate of pasta: Lou enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with his wife. In his spare time he plays golf and has become a pretty good Italian cook.
Kristen Coppola
Purchasing Manager
Kristen is the Purchasing Manager for the NEFCO Corporation. Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a double major in Procurement & Materials Management and Human Resources Management. Kristen has been with NEFCO since 2000 and has been involved with distribution services since 1994.
Why Kristen Keeps Us Hopping: Kristen oversees all inventory management for all branches, including stock replenishment, routing of inventory to branches, and vendor selection. Her main focus is on NEFCO’s high volume commodity lines.
Joe DeLillo
Service Manager – Jossam Tool Repair
Joe is the Service Manager for the NEFCO Corporation’s tool repair department, Jossam Tool Repair. Joe has been in the tool industry since 1982, thirteen of those years as a business owner. Since 2003, Joe has been a key player in the success of Jossam Tool Repair. Joe is the lead mechanic and is the adviser to two other mechanics.
Why Joe is Rock Star: Joe is also a part time musician, and enjoys both collecting and riding motorcycles.
Rick Bowidas
Warehouse Manager
Rick is the warehouse manager at the NEFCO Corporation’s corporate branch in Hartford, Connecticut. Rick is a graduate of Easter Connecticut State University and has been with NEFCO since its inception in 1981.
How Rick Molds the Future: In his spare time Rick enjoys coaching girls fast pitch softball.
